At Gotham Soccer League, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all players. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Below is our official refund policy:
League Registration Fees
- Before Season Start: Refunds will be granted if requested at least 7 days before the first scheduled game. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- After Season Start: Once the season begins, no refunds will be issued, regardless of injury, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances

Event & Tournament Fees
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before an event or tournament will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event start time

Weather Cancellations
- If a game is canceled due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, Gotham Soccer League does not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations.
Team Withdrawals
- If an entire team withdraws from the league before the season starts, a partial refund may be considered at Gotham Soccer League’s discretion. Once the season starts, no team refunds will be issued.
Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
